Sometimes, these things aggrevate mental and emotional states rather than help.<br /><br />I, for my sins, am a person that feels obliged to speak out when I see wrong doings. I say "for my sins" because it often drains me and at times when I need what energy I have to keep muddling through...but sometimes it is what helps keep me muddling through. Depends on the day, depends where I am at and depends what other demands I have to deal with.<br /><br />Hope the prickles and shakes don't swamp you and if they do and you feel you have to go back on meds, well it isn't the end of the world..just one more trip on the (not so) merry go roundasukanoreply@blogger.com
